Darla is a successful business owner in the city of Compton. With her 10 years in business and 9 years with a brick & motor location, she chose to share her story, experience and mentorship to help develop others who have the same aspirations of becoming a business owner.

Our Mission

Dollhouse Beauty & Business Membership Organization’s mission is to gather sponsors, supporters, and funding to allow this training program to be free to all trainees. We will train, educate, and prepare all trainees to go out into the world, work, and develop a career. We will train hands-on. We will teach marketing, logo making, business development, along with this, we will provide indefinite mentorship upon completion to make sure students are successful and have full support as they transition into the work field.

Our Vision

 Dollhouse Beauty & Business Mentorship Organization’s vision is to create strong-minded individuals who has faced challenges in their youth with adversary and being at risk due to their environment, due to not having structure, due to not having a mentor. The goal is create a positive outlet with a sustainable future behind it. They will also receive a certificate of completion and the resources to start their new business venture. I want to share my story and expertise in the Beauty and Business Professional industry and help our youth feel adequate enough to follow their dreams and be successful in life. As a successful business owner who struggled with my own adversary, not having a mentor, and almost becoming a product of my environment, I managed to build my business from the ground up. I had no structure, just faith. This is my way of giving back and sharing a free blueprint to success to at risk youth so that I may make their road and journey to success a little more structured and enjoy the process.
